Job summary

DXC Technology in Singapore seeks a software engineer to analyze user requirements and design, build, and test software applications that meet those needs. You will participate in development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code under guidance.

You’ll collaborate with teammates, help document software requirements, and assist in diagnosing technical issues with senior guidance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent, 2+ years of software engineering

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages (Java, Shell scripting, Python) and development methodologies
• Basic understanding of coding and debugging
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
