Job summary

BugleRock Capital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to support client coverage and deepen relationships with affluent and high net worth clients in Singapore.

You will work with senior relationship managers and the investment team to deliver a high standard of service. The role focuses on understanding client goals, risks and needs, and proposing suitable wealth solutions while coordinating with product, investment, operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relationship management or client advisory experience in banking or wealth management in Singapore.
• Priority banking experience preferred.
• Holds, or is able to obtain, the MAS representative requirements and CMFAS modules.
• Knowledge of equities, funds, fixed income, structured products and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients.
• Understand client goals, risk profiles and needs, and recommend suitable investment and wealth solutions.
• Support senior relationship managers in client meetings, reviews and proposals.
• Originate new clients through referrals, networks and business development activities.
• Coordinate with product, investment, operations and compliance teams to execute client requests.
• Ensure all client activity complies with MAS regulations and internal policies, including KYC, suitability and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline in the CRM.
• Provide timely client reporting, portfolio updates and market commentary.
• Meet agreed targets for client acquisition, assets under management and revenue.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to support client coverage and grow relationships with affluent and high net worth clients. You will work alongside senior relationship managers and the investment team to deliver a high standard of service.

Requirements
