Job summary

Wee Swee Teow LLP in Singapore seeks a fresh lawyer to join our conveyancing team. You will handle residential, commercial, and industrial conveyancing matters and gain exposure to development work and collective sales.

You will draft, review, and prepare legal documents while conducting due diligence and liaising with clients, banks, developers, agents and authorities. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a genuine interest in property law, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Called to the Singapore Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor.
• Freshly called lawyer or 0-2 years' PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
• Real estate / conveyancing experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and genuinely interested in property law.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential, commercial, and industrial conveyancing matters.
• Opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate matters, including development work and collective sales.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents.
• Conduct legal searches, due diligence, and completion work.
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, agents, and authorities.
• Manage conveyancing files from inception to completion.
