Job summary

CHP Law LLC in Singapore seeks an Associate with 1 to 3 years PQE to join its Real Estate Team. You will work on a broad range of property matters from conveyancing to development projects, and advise clients through the full lifecycle of property deals.

Qualifications

• Must be/to be called to the Singapore Bar.
• 1–3 years PQE in real estate law or related practice.
• Strong team player with a proactive learning mindset.
• Proficiency in English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage property transactions and conveyancing for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sale and purchase agreements, option to purchase, leases, and related documents.
• Assist in financing and mortgage arrangements and liaise with financial institutions.
• Advise on project development matters and regulatory issues.
• Advise clients on stamp duty and related taxes and perform title due diligence.
• Coordinate with authorities (e.g., SLA, URA, BCA) and ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Work with a range of clients from first-time buyers to developers and corporate investors.
