Ideal candidates are organized, eager to learn, and able to support the QS in daily tasks, delivering accurate records and timely follow-ups with subcontractors.

Competenze

• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or coursework considered an asset.
• Assist the QS in checking, compiling, and verifying delivery orders (DOs) and supporting documents.
• Ensure all DOs and supporting documents are properly recorded, organized, and maintained for easy reference.
• Follow up with subcontractors on missing DOs, incomplete documentation, and discrepancies in submitted progress claims.
