Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with large scale civil projects.
• Familiarity with variation orders, progress claims, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quantity take-offs, evaluate subcontractors’ claims, and prepare interim payments and variation orders (VOs).
• Manage submissions and facilitate the settlement of claims and accounts with the Client.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings and related files.
• Record and update all variations or omissions throughout the project.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
