Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to oversee small-scale infrastructure and network projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, develop schedules, track milestones, and manage risks with support from engineers and vendors.

Candidates with experience as a Project Coordinator or Service Delivery Manager are encouraged to apply, and a Diploma or Degree in IT or Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Service Delivery Manager.
• Knowledge of infrastructure or network systems and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• PM certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are advantageous but not required.
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale infrastructure or network projects.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project progress against timelines and budgets.
• Identify and address project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in managing post-implementation support and project handovers.
