Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a site/project coordinator to manage design proposals, schedule planning, and coordination with suppliers for ongoing projects. The role emphasizes customer liaison and timely completion.

The ideal candidate is an ITE graduate in mechanical/IT/project/electrical fields, capable of independent work and teamwork, and willing to work overtime on weekends/PH when required.

Qualifications

• ITE holder in Mechanical/IT/Project/Electrical engineering.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Motivated and able to work under tight schedule.
• Passion for customer service and experience in customer service environment.
• Interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Onsite assignment & OT for weekends & PH when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers enquiry and conduct site survey as required.
• Carry out detail design and provide proposal for customers.
• Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules.
• Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required.
• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project.
• Liaise with customers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report progress and monitor schedule.
• Prepare monthly project report to the Project Manager / Customers.
• Coordinate with customers to handover completed project with project documents.
