Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a project coordinator with mechanical/electrical background to drive project milestones and lead site activities in Jurong East.

You will coordinate with engineering, production and customers to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation throughout project execution. Responsibilities include scheduling, cost estimation collaboration, and providing on-site testing support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience; or Diploma with 5-7 years.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
• Familiar with generators, controls and related equipment; knowledge of standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management duties and meet key milestones within schedule.
• Generate the master project schedule and monitor milestone progress.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for project implementation.
• Monitor functions and ensure milestones stay on track.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Test with customers and distributors.
• Ensure all documents are endorsed for delivery and align with requirements.
• Schedule on-site testing and smooth transition to aftermarket team.
• Provide first-level technical support during project execution.
• Collaborate with engineering on feasibility studies and cost estimations.
• Submit monthly project status reports highlighting issues or concerns.
