Job summary

TrueWatch Technology Inc. Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Executive Platform Engineer to build and operate cloud-native infrastructure and AI-driven observability across AWS, Cloudflare, and Microsoft 365 environments. You will work hands-on with Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and automated incident response.

You will contribute to scalable, self-healing systems and collaborate with senior engineers to advance DevOps, SRE, and AI-enabled cloud infrastructure capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of time-series data, system metrics, and log analysis.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
• Working knowledge of machine learning concepts (linear regression, clustering, neural networks).
• Proficiency in Python or Golang.
• Experience with generative AI APIs or related AI tools for scripting/automation.
• Experience with observability frameworks such as Prometheus, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain containerized workloads on Amazon EKS.
• Implement intelligent autoscaling and predictive HPA.
• Develop AI-driven monitoring and alerting for anomalies.
• Integrate AI-assisted code analysis and security checks in CI pipelines.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
• Apply generative AI tools to generate and validate infrastructure code.
• Build and maintain automated runbooks and self-healing scripts.
• Use AI tools to analyze incident reports and aid remediation.
• Configure observability tools like Prometheus, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud infrastructure, automation, reliability, and security.
