Job summary

DEZIGN FORMAT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated, early-career marketing assistant to learn the full spectrum of marketing—from content to campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to support tasks across print and digital media.

You will help produce collateral, maintain brand consistency, and assist on cross-departmental projects, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic experiential design and build company.

Job description

We are looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn marketing properly, across all of it.

Dezign Format is an experiential design and build company. We create exhibitions, events, brand activations and retail fit-out, from concept and design through fabrication, installation and handover. Every project is bespoke, the timelines are real, and the standards are high. Marketing is a small team here, which means you will be close to everything it produces.

What you will do

• Support, assist and execute marketing tasks with guidance from the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive
• Produce and prepare marketing collateral across print and digital platforms
• Help maintain brand consistency across everything we publish
• Support ad hoc tasks and cross-departmental assignments as required

Who you are

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to deliver high-quality work even under tight deadlines
• A keen eye for aesthetics, design and brand consistency
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Detailed, able to prioritise and manage several responsibilities at once
• Adaptable, resilient and receptive to feedback, with a continuous drive to improve

What you bring

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Lightroom
• Competence in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• A strong interest in copywriting
• Basic foundational knowledge of Meta, WordPress, Mailchimp, GEO and SEO, SEM and Google Ads is a plus
