Job Purpose
To manage, develop, and strengthen relationships with key clients across Southeast Asia, ensuring client satisfaction, driving sales growth, enhancing visual marketing points, and supporting regional business objectives.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Sales experience, managing accounts and key accounts, handling reports, and managing various tasks independently.
- 3-5 years in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in FMCG and/or retail sectors.
- Proactive, resourceful, supportive, relationship-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to solve problems independently and handle minor issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking skills and an extroverted personality when needed.
- Experience with Southeast Asian markets is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts in SEA.
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute strategies for domestic key account retailers and distributors, including account development and performance improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns to increase exposure and revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Business Development
- Identify and contact potential partners, demonstrating strong pitching skills.
- Negotiate and set up new business opportunities and sales channels.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement sales and trade marketing plans, ensuring proper execution across distribution channels.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and operational excellence.
- Assist in designing and executing promotional activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate operational tasks like product registration with partners and regulatory teams.
- Support Senior Sales Managers in executing strategies and maintaining partner communication.
