Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, application support, internships, or relevant project work.
• Fresh graduates with strong project and internship experience in Java technologies are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
• Support application enhancements, fixes, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and support teams to identify solutions.
• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
