Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a software engineer to develop and maintain applications in an Agile team. You will translate requirements into reliable solutions and participate in design, development, testing, and deployment to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes clean code, unit testing, and collaboration using CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices to support scalable deployments and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps to support automated deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployment.
• Experience with microservices architecture to design modular and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies for iterative development cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain software applications based on functional and technical requirements to meet business needs
• Participate in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions to ensure timely delivery
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern development frameworks and technologies
• Create and execute unit tests to verify software quality and reliability before release
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues to maintain system stability
• Collaborate with team members in Agile development activities including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to improve team output
• Support CI/CD and deployment activities under senior engineer guidance to streamline releases
• Learn and apply software engineering best practices, design patterns, and coding standards to improve code quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and application performance to enhance efficiency

• Participate in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions to ensure timely delivery
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern development frameworks and technologies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Exposure to CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices to support automated deployment pipelines

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies to effectively participate in iterative development cycles
