5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Junior IT Security Engineer to perform technical security assessments across IT and network components. You will monitor vulnerabilities, track fixes, and help maintain high security standards.

The role includes reviewing security results and participating in new IT projects or security-focused solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in CS/CE/Info Security and has around 1 year of IT security exposure or related training; knowledge of DLP and Remedy

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in computer science / computer engineering / information security or related.
• 1 year IT security experience or relevant training.
• Knowledge of DLP or Remedy ticketing system is a plus.

Responsabilités

About the job Junior IT Security Engineer

Job Description

Perform technical security assessment for IT & Network components Vulnerability assessment, Penetration testing, Web application security testing, Security source code review etc.
Monitor and track the identified vulnerabilities, issues and fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain high-security standards
Create and maintain documented best practices to advise internal staff
Periodically review the results and methodology from vulnerability scans, penetration tests, code reviews and conduct audit trail review, security logs, etc.
Participate in new IT projects or solution implementations on IT security

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in computer science /computer engineering /information security, or any related discipline. Majors or disciplines in Cybersecurity would be a bonus
1 year work experience or attended training in IT Security related topics
Knowledge on DLP / Remedy Ticketing system will be an added advantage
