Job summary

Singleron Biotechnologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Field Application Scientist to bridge our products and customers across APAC.

You will conduct demonstrations, trainings, and workshops, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer success with our single-cell technologies. This role is ideal for someone early in their customer-facing technical career, offering growth within an international team and

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Genomics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of customer-facing experience (technical support, application science, sales or similar role).
• Hands-on laboratory experience with genomics techniques (single-cell experience a plus).
• Strong foundation in biological or clinical research.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical application support and post-sales troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Engage customers in project consultations to understand their needs and propose practical, workable solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to achieve commercial goals and drive scientific publications.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to public audiences and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Up to 10% regional travel may be required.
