Job summary

No Deviation in Singapore seeks an EHS Associate to coordinate day-to-day Environmental, Health & Safety programs within a regulated manufacturing setting. You will handle data management, training administration, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives under senior guidance.

Fresh graduates or junior professionals will gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to site safety performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant EHS experience encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety, environmental compliance, risk assessment or occupational health principles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned EHS programs, routine activities, improvement initiatives, and action tracking to ensure timely execution and closure.
• Monitor EHS action items, follow up with stakeholders, and prepare progress updates for management.
• Support safety campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, awareness programs, and EHS communications.
• Maintain EHS records, documentation, and data within systems such as Cority, Tableau, GETS, INCA, SharePoint, SDS databases, or similar platforms.
• Perform data entry, validation, migration, quality checks, and document control activities including SOP updates.
• Coordinate EHS training activities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, training records, communications, and learning material updates.
• Support inspections, workplace walkthroughs, audit preparation, evidence collection, CAPA tracking, and compliance follow-up.
• Assist with occupational health initiatives, including My Ergocare, Workfit scheduling, employee communications, and documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support site EHS activities, health promotion initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, streamline tracking processes, and support continuous improvement through basic data analysis and reporting.

Position Overview

The EHS Associate supports the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function by coordinating day-to-day EHS programs, compliance activities, training administration, data management, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. Working under the guidance of senior EHS team members, this role helps maintain compliance readiness, supports occupational health and safety programs, manages EHS documentation and systems, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen site safety performance. This position is well suited for a fresh graduate or junior professional looking to develop practical experience in EHS operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Engineering, Science, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant EHS or safety-related experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety, environmental compliance, risk assessment, or occupational health principles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with EHS systems, databases, dashboards, or learning management systems is preferred.
• Comfortable learning new digital platforms, EHS systems, and software applications.
• Ability to analyse data and present clear, meaningful insights to support decision‑making and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organisational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, able to manage multiple priorities, andcommitted to continuous improvement.
