Job summary

SING TSU FANG PTE LTD is seeking a warehouse/operations assistant in Singapore to support E-commerce and Warehouse teams. No experience required; training will be provided to learn packing, stock checks and order fulfilment.

You will handle printing, packing, labeling and order updates, plus assist with stock counts, campaigns and events. The role requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and able to work accurately.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Physically able to carry out light warehouse duties, including standing, walking and handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Print all online customer orders at the start of each working day.
• Pick and pack online orders accurately according to the order list.
• Prepare parcels for courier collection and ensure all orders are fulfilled within the required timeline.
• Print and attach shipping labels to parcels.
• Update order status in the e-commerce system after fulfilment.
• Process order exchanges, returns and cancellations.
• Assist in checking stock availability for online orders.
• Support online campaign preparations and other e-commerce operational activities.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked packing station.
• Receive, inspect and organise incoming stock.
• Sort, fold, tag, label and repack merchandise where required.
• Replenish inventory and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
• Pick stock for store transfers and internal requests.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory checks.
• Perform quality checks on products before packing or dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Work closely with the Retail, Warehouse and E-commerce teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support company events, promotional campaigns and warehouse activities when required.
