Job summary

J&T Express Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to manage stock for assigned clients, perform weekly counts, and maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound shipments.

You will train team members, follow 6S standards, and ensure safe, organized storage in a fast-paced eCommerce logistics environment. No prior experience required; basic warehouse knowledge and a team spirit are preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
• Team player, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform manual tasks to handle lifting and picking tasks.
• Inventory Management Skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for assigned clients, including stocktaking and reconciliation.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate quantity and barcode records, including expiry date management.
• Return cancelled-order items to stock promptly.
• Conduct dynamic stock counts (weekly per client) and full warehouse counts (quarterly).
• Follow stacking principles (e.g., heavy items at the bottom, light items on top).
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
• Train, monitor, and evaluate subordinates on stock management.
• Follow 6S standards for warehouse management.
• Safeguard stocktaking documents for one year.
• Prepare and submit stock-related reports
