Job summary

Adecco Singapore is partnering with a leading bank to hire a Junior Bank Operations (Corporate Actions) professional located in the West. You will check and process Singapore market corporate action events, notify clients on voluntary actions, ensure client instructions are executed accurately, and maintain high service quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Bank Operations, especially Corporate Actions.
• Tertiary education with a good academic record.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Clear written & verbal communication with all levels of staff.
• Client‑oriented mindset and meticulous work style.

Responsibilities

• Check and ensure Singapore market corporate action events are processed correctly and promptly.
• Notify clients on voluntary corporate action events such as rights, dividends with options, expiry of warrants, tender, SG REITs and meetings.
• Ensure clients' instructions are executed accordingly.
• Protect clients' entitlements.
• Handle client enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain high service quality.
• Assist during peak season proxy processing.
