Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Cloud Support Engineer to assist in daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of public cloud services. You will help with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting to meet customer requirements, while providing first-level technical support and producing technical documentation.

The role emphasizes learning and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and ongoing customer success in cloud projects.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of cloud support or related IT roles.
Familiar with Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of public cloud services (compute, storage, databases, networking, security).
Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of cloud resources per customer requirements.
Provide first-level technical support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
Prepare and maintain technical docs, user guides, and meeting notes for project delivery.
