HOWLISTIC LIFE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Brand Executive to grow and manage a portfolio of global pet brands. You will bring brands to life across social media, retail, and campaigns, creating engaging content and guiding creative direction.

You will develop assets and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across digital and physical channels, while analysing data to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with branding and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Analytical and data-driven, turning insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and day-to-day management of a portfolio of global pet brands, ensuring consistent brand identity across touchpoints.
• Manage social media channels by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content reflecting each brand's voice.
• Develop creative assets and marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across digital, retail, and promotional channels.
• Contribute to graphics, content creation, and visual storytelling with a strong eye for design.
• Collaborate with Sales to execute marketing campaigns, retailer assets, banners, promotions, and launches.
• Plan and execute initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales, coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimise future activities.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure on-schedule delivery of projects.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Brand Executive to help grow and manage several global pet brands within our portfolio. You’ll bring each brand to life across social media, retail, and marketing campaigns creating engaging content, supporting creative direction, and using insights to continually improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the growth and day-to-day management of a portfolio of global pet brands, ensuring consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage the brands' social media channels by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that reflects each brand's unique voice and identity.
• Develop creative assets and marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across digital, retail, and promotional channels.
• Bring a strong eye for design and aesthetics, contributing to graphics, content creation, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to execute marketing campaigns, including retailer webpage assets, e-commerce banners, promotional materials, and product launches.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales, working closely with internal teams and brand partners.
• Monitor and analyse campaign, social media, and digital performance, using data and insights to optimise future marketing activities.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for branding, design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Illustrator.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
