Job summary

ASCENDZE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Automation Engineer in Singapore to join the Robotics & Project Engineering team.

Entry-level role with hands-on training across robot development, PLC/HMI programming, and automation systems. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will gain exposure to complete automation projects from design through FAT/SAT and installation. Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in robotics, industrial automation and machine development.
Willing to learn both software and hardware engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement robotic and industrial automation systems.
Support PLC, HMI, robot and machine-control programming.
Work with industrial robots, servo systems, sensors, machine vision and other automation technologies.
Participate in machine setup, integration, testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
Assist in identifying technical problems, root causes and corrective actions.
Participate in FAT, installation, commissioning and SAT.
Plan, coordinate and deliver automation projects.
Liaise with customers regarding technical requirements and project activities.
Coordinate with suppliers on technical requirements and delivery schedules.
Manage project lifecycle from concept to handover.
