Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualization & Ideation:
Develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.) that align with the company’s brand and goals.
- Graphic Design:
Create visually engaging designs for a range of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, digital assets, social media graphics, and website visuals.
- Motion Graphics:
Produce motion graphics and animations for video content, digital campaigns, and social media. Bring creative concepts to life through dynamic visuals.
- Brand Development:
Ensure all creative materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to develop cohesive and effective visual storytelling for campaigns.
- Content Creation & Editing:
Develop, edit, and refine visual content using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Campaign Support:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing creative design assets for online and offline platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in every piece of content produced.
- Collaborate across the Company to support projects and initiatives that require design support
- Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and digital marketing strategies to ensure content remains relevant and cutting‑edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Possess conceptual thinking, multi‑media and cross‑platform experience.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and animation techniques.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from inception to final product.
- Experience in creating motion graphics, GIFs, and short video clips.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing content requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
