Job summary

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and develop architectural designs aligned with project requirements.
• Execute design, submission, and implementation phases of projects.
• Generate CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, and color boards for client discussions.
• Compile data and perform calculations for drawing preparation and design layouts.
• Draft initial design concepts and propose product solutions based on project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, codes, and standards for authorities' submissions.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate project details.
