Qualifications

• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Business Administration.
• Experience in banking/finance and operations linked to Commodity Finance, Project Finance or Acquisition Finance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player and adaptable.
• Proficient in Bloomberg, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Origination: prepare pitching materials and conduct market research.
• Structuring: perform financial and credit analysis, modeling, due diligence.
• Execution: coordinate with middle/back-office for documentation and loan closing; monitor KYC.
