Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking aJunior AI/ML Engineer to help build anomaly detection models for marine equipment. You will work with time-series sensor data, design features, and contribute to model training and evaluation.

The role covers deployment of the in-house LLM platform, model serving, and GPU monitoring. You will also develop web apps and APIs using Python, JavaScript, and SQL for delivering AI results to users, with cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong Python skills with working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript for web and API development.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, including model training, evaluation metrics, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
• Able to use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with proper review and testing of generated code.
• Familiar with Linux and Git.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or vector databases is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining anomaly detection models and applications for shipboard machinery.
• Clean, analyse, and prepare time-series sensor data from vessel equipment, including feature engineering.
• Support model training, performance evaluation, alarm threshold adjustments, and documentation of results.
• Support the enterprise AI diagnostic assistant, including document processing, embedding generation, and retrieval testing.
• Assist in deploying and managing the in-house Large Language Model (LLM) platform, including model serving and GPU monitoring.
• Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using Python, JavaScript, and SQL to deliver AI results to users.
• Prepare technical documentation and test reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
