Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of full stack development experience.
• Experience delivering applications in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on frontend development with React, Angular, Vue or Next.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript with responsive design.
• Backend development with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/NestJS or Python frameworks.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures and cloud-native deployment.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, testing, monitoring and DevSecOps.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build and support scalable enterprise applications with cloud-native architecture and AI-powered capabilities.

You will work across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs and databases, collaborating with product owners, architects and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain web, mobile and cloud-native applications.

• Build responsive interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

• Develop backend services, RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation specifications.

• Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, security and maintainability.

• Develop integrations with enterprise systems and external services.

AI Application Development

• Integrate LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and AI agents into business applications.

• Develop chatbots, virtual assistants and workflow automation solutions.

• Integrate services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or equivalent platforms.

• Apply prompt engineering, model evaluation and responsible AI practices.

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to deploy and support AI solutions.

Cloud and DevOps

• Deploy and support applications on AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud or GCP.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code configurations.

• Develop containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Apply DevSecOps practices and automated quality checks.

• Monitor application performance and optimise cloud resource usage.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews and technical discussions.

• Work with product owners, designers, architects and business stakeholders.

• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–5 years of full stack development experience.

• Experience delivering applications in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Hands-on experience with modern frontend development, such as React, Angular, Vue or Next.js.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript, including responsive design and state management.

• Backend development experience using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/NestJS or Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.

• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL.

• Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture and messaging.

• Hands-on cloud-native application development and deployment experience.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless technologies and infrastructure as code.

• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing and application monitoring.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Added Advantage

• AI application development using LLMs, RAG or agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or CrewAI.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude or Google Vertex AI.

• Vector database experience, such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB or Azure AI Search.

• API management experience with WSO2, Kong, MuleSoft, Apigee, Azure API Management or AWS API Gateway.

• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Terraform, SonarQube or Test-Driven Development.

• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

• Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.

• Knowledge of AI evaluation, governance, security and responsible AI practices.
