Job summary

CWG INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an energetic outbound sales specialist to identify and engage Singapore startups and SMEs for AI solutions. You will run initial conversations, qualify opportunities, and hand over meetings to senior colleagues while learning to close deals.

You will demo the platform basics, help clients leverage grants, and maintain a clean CRM. Fresh graduates welcome, bilingual English/Chinese, and strong persuasive skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Business IT, Information Systems, Marketing, or related discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or persuasive roles.
• Clear written English and Chinese.
• Willingness to cold-call and outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound lists of Singapore startups and SMEs using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
• Run first conversations to diagnose fit and quantify business impact of AI solutions.
• Book and hand over qualified meetings to senior colleagues and sit in to learn closing.
• Demonstrate platform basics, including model routing, billing consolidation, and pre-built agents.
• Assist clients in funding adoption through Singapore digitalisation grants schemes.
• Keep CRM data accurate with clean notes and no phantom deals.
• Provide feedback to the product team about objections and needs.

EverySME in Singapore has been told to"adopt AI." Almost none of them knowwhere to start, which model to use, orhow to do it without leakingtheir data or blowing their budget.

Your job is to find thebusinesses who need this and get theminto a conversation.You are the front door to CWG.

What you'll actually do

• Buildand work outbound lists of Singaporestartupsand SMEs — cold calls, email, LinkedIn,events, partner referrals.
• Run first conversations. Diagnose wherea business is burning money or time,and judge honestly whether our AI solutionsfit.
• Book and hand over qualified meetingsto senior colleagues — and sit in onthem,so you learn to close.
• Demo thebasics. You\'ll be fluent enough inour platform to walk a founder throughmodelrouting, billing consolidation, and thepre-built agents without needing anengineer in the room.
• Help clientsfund it.Many SMEs can offset adoption coststhrough Singapore digitalisation grantschemes. Knowing this cold turns a "tooexpensive" into asigned deal.
• Keep the CRM honest.Clean pipeline data, accurate notes, nophantom deals.
• Feedthe product team. You\'ll hearobjections before anyone else does. Wewant to hear them.

Must have

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Business IT, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; we\'re equally happy with 1–3 years of working experience.
• Some exposure to sales, business development, marketing, or any role where you had to persuade people who didn\'t ask to be persuaded — internships, university projects, part-time work and case competitions all count.
• Comfortable picking up the phoneto someone who wasn\'t expecting yourcall. This is not optional.
• Clearwritten English & Chinese.
• Genuine curiosityabout AI. You don\'t need to code, butyou should already be using these toolsand have opinions about them.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Singapore\'s SME grantlandscape or experience selling toowner-operators.
• Hands-on with a CRMand outbound tooling.
• Any exposure to cybersecurity,fintech, or healthtech buyers.
