Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Finance professional to manage the full set of accounts for Australia and NZ, including monthly closings and intercompany activities. The role reports to senior finance and involves GST, tax compliance, and liaising with auditors and BPO partners.

The candidate should have a degree in accountancy, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with AS400/Orbit. Local statutory accounting and control adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience with full set of accounting.
• Understanding of AS400/Orbit ERP system.
• Hands-on monthly closing of full set of accounts.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and postings (AP/AR).

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of financials; monthly closing and accounts payable for Australia and NZ.
• Coordinate with BPO on monthly reporting.
• GST, Tax Return/FBT compliance; coordinate tax agent to meet filing due dates.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audit and respond to auditor queries.
• Prepare local statutory accounts and meet filing deadlines.
• Uphold finance and internal control policies per DOA.
• Intercompany transfers/recharges with Australia & NZ.
• Cash flow management; payments, intercompany settlements, and FX hedging.
• Update banking mandates for assigned entities.
• Coordinate transfer pricing with affiliates; annual transfer price updates and lists.
• Support ASEAN financial closing activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
