Job summary

MNC Company is seeking a finance professional to manage the full set of accounts for Australia and NZ, including monthly closings, GST, and intercompany transactions. The role collaborates with BPO for monthly reporting and coordinates with auditors for year-end processes.

Based at Lorong Chuan, the position offers clear career progression and excellent welfare benefits. Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with comprehensive internal controls and tax compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of full set accounting experience.
• Understanding of AS400/Orbit ERP.
• CPA/CA or international equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of financials including monthly closing and payables for Australia and NZ.
• Engage with BPO on monthly reporting activities.
• Handle GST, Tax Return / FBT and coordinate tax filings.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audit and answer auditor queries.
• Prepare local statutory accounts and ensure timely filing deadlines.
• Uphold internal control policies per delegation of authority.
• Coordinate intercompany transfers/recharges with Australia and NZ.
• Cash flow management including payments and intercompany settlements.
• Update banking mandates for assigned entities.
• Liaise with affiliates on transfer price issues; update transfer prices.
• Support financial closing activities for ASEAN.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
