Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. seeks a hands-on Jira Service Management (JSM) implementer to streamline ITSM by configuring workflows, forms, queues, SLAs and automation.

The role requires strong experience with Jira/JSM migrations, REST APIs and system integration, plus excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills. You will challenge legacy processes and help build a simpler, automated ITSM operating model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Experience with JSM workflows, request types, forms, queues, SLAs, automation and permissions.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and practices.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate is a hands-on JSM implementer who combines ITSM process knowledge, low-code workflow configuration, automation and system integration.
• The candidate should be comfortable challenging legacy processes and helping establish a simpler, more automated and integrated ITSM operating model.
