Job summary

CAPGEMINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure technology solutions for banking and financial services.

You will define target architectures, guide engineering teams, and ensure business requirements align with technology strategies. Responsibility includes defining end-to-end architectures, ensuring security and regulatory compliance, and driving API design and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture or Lead Engineering roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise banking applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design scalable and resilient systems using microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop architecture standards, design principles, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead solution design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC.
• Design and govern API strategies, integration frameworks, and interoperability standards across platforms.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to support complex domains and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, availability, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical design artifacts.
• Support application modernization, cloud adoption, and transformation initiatives.
• Mentor development teams and promote engineering best practices.
