Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Business Analyst / Project Manager for its Singapore‑based technology team to drive delivery across business and tech functions.

You will translate business needs into documentation and manage projects from discovery through testing and implementation. Collaborating with engineering, QA and stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment, you will coordinate plans, milestones and deliverables while tracking risks and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in technology delivery, business analysis or project management.
• Experience supporting technology delivery in banking, investments or financial services.
• Understanding of investment products and their transaction lifecycle.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, process reviews, documentation and user testing.

Responsibilities

• Engage users and stakeholders to understand business challenges, workflows and technology needs.
• Convert business requirements into clear documentation and deliverables for tech teams.
• Review processes, identify gaps and suggest system or workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA and business teams through delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, resources and implementation activities.
• Track risks, propose mitigations and update senior stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate user testing, including test scenarios and issue tracking.
• Support discussions by assessing functional requirements and system behavior.
