Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager in IT for Wealth Management, focused on delivering and enhancing securities, brokerage, and investment product platforms.

The role blends business analysis, project delivery, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical collaboration with development teams to bridge business and technology effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Business Analysis, or Project Management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Brokerage, Securities, Capital Markets, or Banking environments.
• Strong understanding of securities trading, brokerage operations, investment products, funds, bonds, and structured products.
• Proven experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and managing UAT activities.
• Ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and implementation.
• Hands-on technical background with Java and related frameworks (Spring/Hibernate) is highly preferred, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and contribution to solution design.
• Strong communication skills with experience managing senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements impacting wealth and brokerage businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, BRDs, and functional specs for wealth management projects.
• Manage UAT planning and execution with business and IT teams.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning to implementation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to align technical design with business needs.
