Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java for backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain backend services using Java, Kafka and microservices.
• Develop RESTful APIs that are secure and scalable.
• Implement event streaming and messaging patterns with Apache Kafka.
• Build, deploy and monitor cloud-native workloads on Azure and AWS.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end to end.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and release activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain technical documentation.
