The role operates on a rotating 6-day schedule with a gross salary of SGD 2,636 per month. You will prepare and cook menu items at your station while guiding junior chefs and ensuring recipes, SOPs, and portion controls are followed. Applicants should be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced kitchen and assist other stations during peak periods.
