Abroaders in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Executive (Japanese Speaking) to manage a broad range of accounting and finance operations. This role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end closing, payment processing, cash flow management, and other finance-related activities.

The successful candidate will work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and contribute to improving and streamlining accounting processes.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash transactions.
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records using Xero.
• Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of trial balances, account reconciliations, account reviews, and monthly financial reports.
• Review bookkeeping entries and verify the accuracy and reasonableness of accounting records and figures.
• Process expense claims and payments through online banking platforms, including DBS and Wise.
• Monitor cash flow and support day-to-day cash management activities.
• Plan and execute foreign currency exchange transactions when required.
• Develop, review, and improve accounting and finance workflows to enhance operational efficiency and standardisation.
• Handle other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
