Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism.

The team at Digital Academy (DA) offers relevant and meaningful IT & Design courses to all students in Pathlight School. We believe that our students have the natural aptitude towards technology and we run courses in an autism-friendly environment to equip our students with tools and skills positioning them for the future, a life beyond school.

We are looking for an engaging and passionate specialist to help us deliver the best training experience possible and help us realise our vision of becoming the largest training provider in ICT in the Autism Community. We are one of the School's signature programme and are currently ramping ourselves further to become the next-generation learning community of empowered future technology leaders and learners.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise, develop and conduct outcome-driven ICT training courses across multiple technical & creative domains for learners, educators and staff.
  • Work with other educators and course developers to produce interactive and self‑study materials, fueling our drive towards blended learning.
  • Communicate learners' ICT outcomes via work/portfolio and written assessment reports on platforms and tools adopted by the School.
  • Contribute to a small development team in projects, building clickable working prototypes with design‑thinking expertise.
  • Work with the team to maintain and improve our websites and web presence.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SOPs and proactively contribute to meeting department goals and KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates on status reports on projects and duties.
  • Ad‑hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Relevant education qualification(s) in IT or related discipline.
  • Prior direct working experience in conducting ICT training for different groups of learners.
  • Possess a keen interest in imparting ICT knowledge and learning, and always learning and adopting the best educational approach to maximise learners' outcomes.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
