Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an IT Technician for a shift role at Tuas Checkpoint, Singapore. This is a 2-year direct contract with the client, renewable based on performance. The role covers on-site equipment support and liaison with government agencies.

Working hours are 8am–8pm with rotating days and nights; a 4-day work week is offered, along with a monthly phone allowance and variable incentives. Overtime may be paid for extra hours.

Qualifications

• Identify, maintain and replace electronic equipment and computers.
• Provide guidance to users on on-site equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Identification, maintenance and replacement of electronic equipment and computers.
• Liaise with government agency on return and collection of faulty or repaired equipment.
• Tracking and recording the fault patterns and trends for monthly progress reporting to government agency.
• Provide guidance to general public on the use of on-site equipment such as Fee Collection Terminals.
