Job summary

NETS is seeking driven and curious interns to gain hands-on experience in a real enterprise environment. This role focuses on automation, DevOps, observability, and asset discovery, offering exposure to modern tech stacks.

As an intern, you will develop Python scripts, explore AWS services, contribute to monitoring and logging, keep documentation up to date, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Start date January 2027; full-time commitment required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Basic hands-on experience with Python for automation.
• Basic understanding of AWS/cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM) is an advantage.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Available to commence internship from January 2027, Full Time.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintain Python scripts for automation and operational tasks
• Assist in working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) in a hybrid environment
• Contribute to observability initiatives (monitoring, logging using Elastic & Dynatrace)
• Participate in asset discovery and reconciliation
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase
• Work on small projects or improvements that add real value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different domains

Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic hands-on experience with or strong interest in Python programming for automation.
• Basic understanding of AWS/cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM) is an advantage.
• Exposure to or interest in DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and workflow management.
• Available to commence internship from January 2027, Full Time.
