Job summary

Julia Gabriel Education Group is seeking an IT & Systems Administrator to support staff across centres and lead rollout of new platforms. You will coordinate with vendors, manage CRM and learning platforms, and ensure secure access and efficient IT operations.

The role requires hands-on Windows server/desktop, Google Workspace, and networking experience, plus familiarity with data migrations and vendor-led IT projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 4–5 years in IT operations or systems administration preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Windows desktop/server and networking.
• Experience with Zoho CRM or HubSpot and CMS administration.
• Knowledge of PDPA and IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the first IT support contact for staff across all centres, devices, printing, connectivity, Google Workspace.
• Lead implementation of new platforms with vendors, gather requirements, coordinate setup, data migration and go-live.
• Support CRM, database, finance and learning platforms, including user access and integrations.
• Administer user accounts and access, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage device lifecycle for laptops, mobiles, tablets, printers, and copiers.
