Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for IT inquiries across the plant. You will assist with system administration, project work, and day-to-day administrative tasks under guidance from senior team members.

The role requires hands-on experience in IT support, knowledge of IT infrastructure, and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels. On-site and remote support will be needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of IT support or similar experience.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and system administration.
• Willing to provide on-site and remote support when needed.
• Proactive problem-solver with good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, network access, meeting room equipment and standard business applications.
• Set up, install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain PCs, laptops, phones, user accounts and peripherals.
• Keep ticket logs, asset registers, checklists and user documentation accurate and up to date.
• Manage application systems and understand how data moves between business functions.
• Assist with system administration, testing, data updates, user onboarding and routine monitoring for ERP, SharePoint, workflow tools and related platforms.
• Support project rollouts by preparing user guides, helping with user training, getting equipment ready and following up on action items.
• Escalate unresolved issues, recurring incidents and control gaps to senior team members promptly.
• Adhere to IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity requirements and data protection practices.
• Support inventory checks, preventive maintenance, file organisation and audit preparation.
• Learn internal business processes and suggest IT solutions to improve workflows.
