Job summary

Kinexcs is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to maintain daily IT operations, including desktop support, server/network administration, and security/compliance for the organization in Singapore. The role combines hands-on end-user support with infrastructure management across local and cloud environments.

The successful candidate will manage devices, identities, backups, patches, and security controls while ensuring high service levels and robust IT governance in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and macOS.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewall config.
• Hands-on cloud experience: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS/Azure.
• Experience with MDM tools like Intune, Jamf, Kandji.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues ( onsite and remote).
• Manage IT incidents and tickets to meet SLAs.
• Oversee asset lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, inventory, disposal.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding: accounts, device provisioning, access control.
