Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Thursday to Saturday, alternate Wednesdays)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user IT helpdesk support during shift hours, including remote assistance when required.
  • Monitor network and server health; support production/tester networks; elevate emergencies (basic TCP/IP knowledge required).
  • Conduct IT audits and training; ensure compliance with factory IT policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle IT asset procurement, installation, configuration, license renewals, and account management.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base; assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Troubleshoot system/application faults and resolve hardware/software problems.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT helpdesk experience with basic SQL skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and Wintel system administration.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, WMS) is a plus.
