seeks an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, providing end-to-end IT solutions for our clients' business needs. This full-time role offers opportunities to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and cybersecurity issues, deliver remote and on-site support, and contribute to security through regular maintenance and backups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Strong hardware, software, networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering high customer service.
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Install, configure, test new IT infrastructure components.
• Maintain documentation of IT support activities and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement process improvements.
• Provide end-user support and guidance on IT best practices.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
