Job summary

THE PC & MAC REPAIR SHOP PTE. LTD. located at Sim Lim Square, Singapore, invites applications for a Retail Assistant role to support customers with computer hardware and PC assembly.

You will welcome customers, assist with hardware purchases, perform basic desktop PC assembly, and help keep a neat, organized store. Good communication and a willingness to learn are essential. Retail experience is a plus but not required.

Working hours include a six-day week with Sundays and public holidays off.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and PC/laptop components.
• Able to assemble desktop PCs and perform basic laptop hardware installation.
• Retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
