U-Home Hardware Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Ang Mo Kio Town Centre North-East Region location. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in a busy retail hardware store.

You will greet customers, recommend products, process sales, maintain stock, and keep the store clean and compliant. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in hardware, home improvement or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic numeracy skills and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
• Physical capability to lift and move stock items regularly.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant store environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
