Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. seeks an experienced IT Service Manager to oversee delivery of enterprise ICT services, focusing on infrastructure, cloud, network, applications and cybersecurity in Singapore.

You will monitor service performance against SLA/KPI targets, review vendor proposals, manage incidents and risks, and report governance metrics to senior IT leadership.

Applicants should hold ITIL or PMP/PRINCE2 certs and have strong stakeholder skills to coordinate cross-domain dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery and technical service management.
• Experience overseeing managed service providers or outsourced ICT services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, cloud architecture or solution architecture certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance against SLA/KPI targets and track deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Escalate significant service concerns and risks with recommended follow-up actions to ITD infra lead and operations manager.
• Review and assess technical solutions, designs and proposals from vendors for alignment with EMA infrastructure, cloud, network, app, integration and security environment.
• Provide technical recommendations to support decision-making by ITD infra lead and operations manager.
• Oversee major incidents and problems, review Root Cause Analyses and track remediation actions to closure.
• Support vendor performance monitoring and coordinate across ATFM and other service providers on cross-domain dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with ICT policies, IM8 and cybersecurity requirements.
• Prepare regular service performance reports, facilitate governance meetings and maintain audit-supporting documentation.
