Job summary

TechCom Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced IT Service Manager to oversee ITSM operations across multiple service domains in Singapore. You will drive incident management, SLA performance, and multi-vendor service delivery with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT Service Management and IT Operations, deep ITIL knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Service Management / IT Operations across multiple domains.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, incident management and SLA management.
• Proven experience in multi-vendor management and service delivery.
• Experience handling Sev1/Sev2 incidents and service escalations.
• Strong stakeholder communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
